Halls, stairs & landings

The part of the house that takes the most knocks, and the part everyone walks into first.

Every job is done by Robbie.

Hall and stairs with white wall panelling below a soft grey wall

A hall, stairs and landing is the most awkward space in a house to paint and the most obvious one to get wrong. Spindles, strings, newel posts and the run of skirting all get cut in by hand, and the ceilings go with them.

It is not a big job for what it does to the house. A dated stairs with a stained handrail and a tired wall looks like a different house once the woodwork is crisp and the walls are even.

  • Walls, ceilings and the full stairwell
  • Spindles, strings, newel posts and handrails
  • Skirting, architrave and doors
  • Wall panelling painted in where it is already fitted
  • Cut in by hand, no spray, no overspray to clean up after
  • Access sorted before anything starts
