Questions
Before you ask
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. Send a few photos on WhatsApp and you will usually get a good idea of the price from there. If the job needs a proper look, we will call out.
Ring or message 085 847 5032, send a WhatsApp, or fill in the form above. Photos of the room help, but they are not needed.

Yes, before anything starts. The room is left tidy at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.
Yes. One room or a whole house, the same preparation goes into both.
Privacy
Who we are
Robbie Leahy, trading as Painted by Robbie, a painting and decorating business operating in Cork, Ireland. Robbie is the data controller. Contact: robbieleahy980@gmail.com or 085 847 5032.
What we collect
- The name, phone number, job location and job description you type into the quote form, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Our web host records the usual server access logs, which include your IP address and browser, as every web server does.
- This site sets no cookies and shows no advertising. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and stores nothing about you as a person, and taps on the call, WhatsApp and email buttons are counted as plain numbers only.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and price the work. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The tick box on the form is there so you know what the details are for, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who else sees it
- The web host that serves this site, the form provider that delivers the message to Robbie’s inbox, and Cloudflare, which counts visits and holds a copy of each enquiry for up to 90 days for the counting, then deletes it.
- If you choose to message on WhatsApp instead, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by their own privacy terms, not ours. Ringing or emailing avoids that entirely.
- Nobody else. Your details are never sold or passed on for marketing.
How long
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records tied to work carried out are kept as long as tax and insurance rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email the address above and it will be dealt with. If you are unhappy with how it was handled you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Thanks
We have received your message. Robbie will get back to you shortly.
If it is urgent, ring 085 847 5032 or send the photos straight over on WhatsApp.
